Bats, Mice and Chipmunks in Wainfleet, ON – August 7th, 2012

On August 7^th, 2012, All Wildlife Removal received a call from a customer in Wainfleet, Ontario about bats and mice in their house and chipmunks under their deck. They wanted all three removed immediately. Having numerous animals in a house is extremely harmful to human beings since they carry dangerous diseases.

 

Our technician drove out to Wainfleet and did a full inspection of the customer’s home. He found two entry points as well as three problem areas. Then our technician found eight roof vents that needed to be box screened as were as two wall vents and two plumbing systems. Our technician saw that all the weeping brick vents would need to be screened to keep out mice as well as 165 feet of caulking would need to be done. In order to get the chipmunks from under the deck, our technician would have to dig 80 feet of trenching.

 

First, our technician installed one-way doors on the entry points that would allow the bats and mice to leave the house but, not to return. He also dug around the deck to allow the chipmunks to get out from underneath. Second, our technician started on the preventative work. He did all the screening and caulking to prevent any more animals from being able to access the customer’s house. Third, he sealed all remaining entry areas, including where the used one-way doors were to ensure that the animals would not be able to return.

 

After the inspection, removal and preventative work, our technician presented a guarantee that the customer’s house would be protected from bats, mice, rats, birds, squirrels and raccoons. The customer was very happy with All Wildlife Removal’s services and pricing.
