All Wildlife Removal received a call on June 26th, 2012 from Jimmy in Mississauga, Ontario about a mouse problem he was having in his warehouse unit. Jimmy worked for a shipping company and the mice were chewing through boxes. It was essential that the mice were evicted as soon as possible in order to keep the products they were shipping in good condition.
We sent out one of our technicians to Mississauga right away. He did a full inspection of the warehouse so, that Jimmy could be assured that no mice will be coming back into his warehouse. Our technician found that there were two entry points that the mice were using as well as four possible problem areas that should be screened and caulked. As he continued his inspection, our technician found that there were ten roof vents that needed to be box screened as well as two plumbing systems and three wall vents. He also found that weather stripping and 2280 feet of drip edge would need to be installed as well as 260 feet of caulking. All the weeping brick vents needed to be screened and drain downspouts would have to be secured. Luckily, our technician did not find any evidence of other animals in Jimmy’s warehouse.
Our technician installed one-way doors in the entry areas so that the mice could leave and not return in the most humane way possible. After the doors were used, he sealed and screened the entry and problem areas as well as the plumbing system, roof and wall vents. He installed the weather stripping and drip edge, did all caulking and screening and secured the drain downspouts.
After the inspection, eviction and preventative work, our technician presented Jimmy with a full guarantee on all animals, including mice, rats, bats, birds, squirrels and raccoons. Jimmy was very happy with All Wildlife Removal’s services and insisted that he would tell others about us.
