Holly from Dunnville, Ontario called All Wildlife Removal on July 4th, 2012 with a bat issue. The bats were getting into her attic and into her chimney. Bats carry diseases that can be very harmful to humans. It is extremely important that bats are removed immediately after discovery to keep diseases from spreading.
Our technician drove out to Dunnville to do a full house inspection. Holly suggested that full house preventative work would be the smartest option to keep other animals, like mice and raccoons, out. Our technician found, during his inspection, that he would have to caulk 240 linear feet and screen all the weeping brick vents around the house. Our technician would have to also screen a wall vent, two plumbing systems and a broken window in the back as well as a chimney. Our technician found two separate entry areas that the bats were using and three problem areas in the roof soffit intersections. The entry and problem areas would also need to be screened, caulked and secured.
First, our technician removed the bats from Holly’s house in a safe and humane way. All Wildlife Removal is committed to removing animals in the most humane way possible. Second, our technician did all the preventative work on the house, paying very close attention to all entry areas and possible problem areas. Third, our technician inspected the attic for any damages caused by the bats. Fortunately, damages were minimal.
After the inspections, removal and preventative work were finished, our technician presented Holly with a guarantee that her house would be protected from bats, rats, mice, raccoons, squirrels and birds. Holly was extremely pleased with our services.
