Raccoons and Squirrels in Burlington, ON – June 6th, 2012

All Wildlife Removal received a call on June 6^th, 2012 from Erin in Burlington, Ontario. Erin said that she could hear loud, scratching noises from her attic and that there was both squirrels and raccoons up there. Our technician did an inspection for Erin right away. He easily found the entry area in the roof soffit intersection that the squirrels and raccoons were using to get into the attic. Our technician also found he would have to box screen five roof vents and screen a plumbing system to prevent the squirrels and raccoons from ripping them apart to get into the attic. On top of this, our technician would have to use 60 feet of strip screen.

 

First, our technician installed a one-way door that would allow the squirrels and raccoons a chance to leave the house but, unable to return. This is the most humane way of animal removal. Second, our technician did all the preventative work, including box screening and securing the entry area. Third, our technician inspected the attic to find that the animals had severely damaged it. He referred Erin to All Wildlife Removal’s sister company, All Attic Restoration who would repair the damages caused by the animals.

 

After the inspection, removal, preventative work and restoration, our technician presented Erin with a guarantee that her house would be protected from squirrels, raccoons, birds, bats, rats and mice. Erin was very pleased with both All Wildlife Removal and All Attic Restoration.
