Bat - January 1, 2010

On January 1, 2010 we inspected a multiple unit apartment complex for a property manager in Hamilton, Ontario. Our technician found multiple entry points with bat feces around the roof/soffit intersections.  Our technician also found squirrel damage to the vents and areas of bird feces in front of dormers.  On January 2nd we returned to start prevention work on this complex and started by installing bat exit doors at the roof/soffit intersections.  Many roof vents were replaced and prevention work was completed around the perimeter of the building to protect against bats, birds, squirrels and raccoons.  The work was completed on January 3rd and there has been no record of re-entry at this property.

Squirrel - November 2, 2009

Mouse - October 26, 2009

Mouse - October 12, 2009

On October 16, 2009 our technician inspected a home in Mississauga, Ontario.  We found traces of current mouse activity in attic and the customer reported hearing activity in the walls.  Trampling and tunnel was evident through the attic insulation.  On October 16th our technicians returned to the home to install multiple One Way Doors around the perimeter and completed the prevention work on brick/soffit gaps, weeping brick, cracks around plumbing feeds and electrical entries into the home.  The customer was pleased with the subtlety of our application and the speed of the work.  Upon final inspection no further activity was reported and the customer is guaranteed against re-entry.
