Raccoon - June 21, 2010

On June 21, 2010 our technician inspected the home of Vic in Brantford, Ontario.  A raccoon was found living in the attic which had gained entry through the roof vent it had torn open.  On June 22nd we returned to install a One Way Door on the entry hole, replaced all additional roof vents and screen for prevention.  Other prevention work was completed to secure 5 downspouts which were being used to climb on to the roof.  When we returned for the final attic inspection we also removed the One Way Door, repaired the final vent and completed prevention work in this area.

Squirrel - June 8, 2010

On June 8, 2010 our technician inspected the home of Mr. Morris in Oakville, Ontario.  Our technician found a squirrel living in the attic which had gained entry through the fascia/shingle line.  On June 9th our technicians returned to install a One Way Door at the entry hole.  Prevention work was completed around the perimeter of the home and the shingles were replaced.  Some additional tree trimming work was completed to prevent rubbing against the side of the house.  All prevention work was guaranteed against re-entry.  The customer was very happy with the speed and presentation of our repair work.

Bat - June 4, 2010

On June 4, 2010 our technician inspected the home of Natasha in Paris, Ontario.  Our technician found a small bat colony living in the attic.  The entry was at the roof/soffit intersection on the North side of the home.  Our technician returned on June 5th to install a One Way Door at the main entry, as well as a door on another suspected entry point.  Prevention work was completed on the perimeter of the home, all electrical and plumbing entries were sealed and hood vents were screened.  The attic was cleared for bats upon final inspection, doors were removed and customer was guaranteed against future bat re-entry.

Bat - May 21, 2010

On May 21, 2010 our technician inspected the home of Samantha in Brantford, Ontario.  When our technician opened the hatch to the attic, he quickly found mass amounts of bat feces covering the hatch door and the rest of the attic floor.  Multiple bat entries were found in the 4 top dormers of the home.  On May 22nd our technician returned to installed multiple bat doors at the dormer entry points.  Prevention work was applied to the perimeter of the home.  A final attic inspected was completed in August 2010 to confirm all bats had evicted the property, contaminated insulation was removed, feces cleaned and decontaminated to re-insulate the attic to an R-50 value.

Raccoon - May 13, 2010

On May 13, 2010 our technician inspected the home of Vince in Hamilton, Ontario.  A Raccoon mother and babies were found in the attic.  There were multiple entries through roof/soffit intersections and damage to multiple downspouts which the mother raccoon had been using to climb up to the roof.  Our technicians returned on may 14th to begin the eviction.  A One Way Door was installed at the main entry and prevention work was completed on all roof/soffit intersections, venting and down spouts.  On May 15th our technicians returned again and found that the mother had been evicted from the home.  We quickly entered the attic to search for the babies.  The babies were found and relocated to a baby box outside of the home so that mother could come back to relocate them.  Once the babies were out of the attic, a final inspection allowed us to determine the amount of insulation that was contaminated with feces and nesting material.  We returned a final time on the 17th to suck out the contaminated material, clean the attic, apply decontamination spray and re-insulate to an R-50 value.  The customer was satisfied with the speed and quality of our work and guaranteed against re-entry.

Bird - May 3, 2010

On May 3, 2010 our technician inspected a Pizza shop in Brantford, Ontario.  Birds (starlings) were found nesting in the ceiling of the restaurant and had been entering through some exterior venting.  On May 4th our technician returned to relocate the birds, including babies, to an outdoor bird house.  All feces was cleaned and ceiling tiles were decontaminated.  Prevention work was also completed on all exterior venting and the work was guaranteed.

Bird - April 11, 2010

On April 11, 2010 our technician inspected the front of a grocery store in Brantford, Ontario.  We found multiple bird nests around the lights and cart areas at the front of the building.  On April 13th our team returned to remove all existing nesting material (not currently in use), screened all problem areas and completed cleanup of all contaminated areas.

Squirrel - April 9, 2010

On April 9, 2010 our technician inspected the home of Jill and Corbin in Burlington, Ontario.  We found a squirrel living in the attic which had gained entry through a hole chewed at the roof line near the eaves.  There was also some damage to the downspouts.  On April 10th our team returned to repair the roof line, downspouts, install the One Way Door and install drip edge around the perimeter of the home.  The One way Door was used within 24 hours of installation and the attic was cleared upon final inspection.  Our guarantee was applied to all areas of prevention work and customer has not reported any further problems.

Mouse - March 23, 2010

On March 23, 2010 our technician inspected a church in Oakville, Ontario.  We found most of the mouse activity in the attic of the church but some activity was also evident in the walls.  On March 24th our team returned to screen multiple entry points, sealed the perimeter for all problem areas, as well as entries for hydro, electrical and plumbing lines.  One Way Doors were installed at the brick/soffit gaps.  The customer was pleased with the speed of our service, as well as the subtle application of our products.  No re-entry to date on this property.

Raccoon - March 10, 2010

On March 10, 2010 our technician inspected the home of David in Oakville, Ontario.  We found a raccoon living in the attic, nesting in the insulation and preparing to have babies.  There were two large entry point through roof/soffit intersections.  On March 11 our team returned to installed a One Way Door on one of the main entry points.  All other areas were repaired and secured to complete the prevention work.  The customer reported seeing the raccoon exit from the One Way Door the following day and when she went to return to the attic she was unable to get in.  The customer watched the raccoon sit in front of the One Way Door for a few minutes before relocating and was very happy with the speed of our service.

Squirrel - February 9, 2010

On February 9, 2010 we inspected the home of Paul in Hamilton, Ontario.  Our technician found both squirrel and raccoon entries through multiple holes in the roof.  Extensive damage to the roof/soffit intersections and multiple vents had been chewed.  On February 11th our technicians returned to installed the One Way Door and began repair and prevention work around the home.  Work was completed on February 12th and the customer was very pleased with the new venting and soffit panels that were installed.  Upon final inspection the attic was cleared and there has been no re-entry to date.

Raccoon - February 2, 2010

On February 1, 2010 we inspected the home of Sanjay in Mississauga, Ontario.  Our technician found that a raccoon had gained entry through a roof/soffit intersection on the right side of the house.  The downspout had been pulled away from the siding and the soffit was pushed open.  Our technician installed the One Way Door on site, completed prevention work around the other roof/soffit intersections of the home and repaired the downspout.  Upon final inspection the attic was cleared, the door was removed and the damaged soffit was replaced.  The customer was guaranteed against re-entry in these areas.
